Counselling Mission Statement

Offering a friendly, non judgmental and congruent approach with you, the client, whom will be the focus and priority of  KJL therapeutic counselling. The process will attempt to minimise how many client hours you need to attend to address your issue and safeguard you in this time of financial crisis where necessary. It is usually possible within 6 hourly sessions to identify your thoughts, feelings and behaviour by working together. Spontaneous attention will give positive permissions to address the problem(s). By developing greater understanding of the psychological mechanics behind the problem(s) brought into the room by the client, better understanding using intimacy should be accomplished within 20 hourly sessions to give the client an autonomous solution or base to move into the future with.
